The studio is completely renovated with a private terrace in the garden.

Private parking is available in front of the house.

In the city center, 5 minutes away, it is close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, pharmacy.

On foot: 2 minutes from the bus and 5 minutes from the hills; by car: 10 minutes from downtown Mulhouse, 20 minutes from Colmar, Germany and Switzerland.

The studio is close to all amenities while being quiet on the garden side of our house, in the center of Rixheim.

The studio includes a bedroom, a bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette (2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge + freezer, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Kitchenware for 6 place settings + utensils and pots, pans, ...).

There is the possibility of adding an extra bed for 1 person and/or 1 travel cot, baby bath and high chair provided free of charge.

Access to the laundry room with a supplement of €5 per machine: washing machine, dryer. Iron and ironing board available free of charge.

You enjoy a terrace with a view of the garden.
